(as youapos;ll certainly recognize, this is built from the old [first] introduction. I replaced it today by an improved version)
Quite often, esp. Nerdy teachers are the architects of school bullying and directly responsible e.g. For school violence. Many of them donapos;t know how to deal with teens, they just needed a well-payed job. So, due to simple isolation tactics and mean jokes, or violating the trust of e.g. Abused teens, they _make_ outsiders so that they have it easy with apos;kidsapos; for the scapegulps they create and use. An outsider, under this circumstances, becomes kind of a valve for aggressions often related to mental underload of students (which, combined with destroying boredom in lessons, seems the source of school bullying in the first place).
For incapable eductors, artificially created bullies become the main contributors to securing oneapos;s livelihood.
In university/college, the thing repeats itself with stupid career timeapos;s second puberty in the Early 20s -> hundreds of esp. Male students mobbing each other being potentially gay or not indifferent enough to make career. And teacher not involving, or even heating up the scenario.
After years of school and/or college mobbing, many of us have the problem how to clean up your life, because if you donapos;t, well: chances are good that you at a later point of life kill yourself.
Because school bullying is the most decisive basis of many countriesapos; educational system, the harmful effects often destroy lifes, when students, after leaving school, kill themselves. The trace of guilt is difficult to proof. Rising some pressure to reeducate apos;too nerdyapos; teachers how to deal with kids/teens, could help to prevent school violence or shootings. Many teachers, after one left school, might harm further age-groups of kids, so itapos;s important to prevent damage to families and young lifes.
In case oneapos;s beloved were hurt, she/he has the moral obligation and is expected by society to ask questions and confront the old school or college. This often is overseen. We want to enable + encourage accounting for the past.
